Individual Offerings

One on one coaching: After the initial discovery session(s), we will create a schedule that meets your needs. Most clients prefer to meet weekly for the first three weeks of the month and have the last week of the month as a personal reflection week. During the reflection week you are asked to look at and acknowledge your wins and the momentum you have made in addition to visioning what you would like to work on for the next month. Weekly sessions are conducted over the phone or in person. The sessions provide the structure, accountability and focus that enable you to set meaningful goals, explore bigger possibilities, overcome barriers and achieve greater success and satisfaction in any area of work or life.
